Tutorial 2 - Creating a Flash Website

Step 1
In this example, we shall create all the different elements as different animations and then bring them all together at the end.

Step 2
The menu is simply a lot of buttons. To turn a group of shapes into a button, select the shapes, right click and choose convert to button.

Step 3
To add a hyperlink to a button, select the button then go to the action menu. Choose Button Actions>>On Relase... to bring up the action dialog. Now in the action menu choose getURL(hyperlink) and type in the hyperlink.

Step 4
After you have saved all the individual parts, open up a blank animation, change the document settings to 1024x768. Now import all the parts and arrange them in your blank animation. Create a text box and write your text in it.
